Full Spectrum Distillate
$1,200.00 – $6,000.00
Description
Full spectrum oil contains all the same cannabinoids and compounds found in the hemp plant. With more than 100 different cannabinoids naturally present in the hemp plant, full spectrum oil enables what is commonly referred to as the ‘entourage effect’, or the therapeutic impact of these cannabinoids interacting with each other. Full spectrum oil also retains other beneficial aspects of the plant, such as essential vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, protein, chlorophyll, terpenes, flavonoids, and fiber. CBD (or cannabidiol) is typically the most prominent cannabinoid by volume in hemp and is a naturally occurring non-psychoactive component of the cannabis plant that has been associated with a healthy lifestyle.
How We Formulate
How do you formulate Full Spectrum Distillate?
Full Spectrum Distillate is formulated to remove some minor terpenes, flavonoids, and chlorophyll found in the full spectrum crude oil as that oil is the basis of distillate. Removing these things from full spectrum distillate doesn’t disrupt the product, rather allows for end products to focus on the synergistic effects of CBD and other minor cannabinoids. The further refinement of this ingredient leads to 75-85% CBD with the rest being some minor terpenes, other minor cannabinoids, including THC. Upon adding full spectrum distillate to an end product the distillate is further refined to remove most of the THC, leaving 0.03%, a legal amount.
Why Choose Full Spectrum?
Why should you choose Full Spectrum for your products?
Full spectrum distillate is meant for those products that want the highest form of efficacy for their end consumers. The CBD content and other minor cannabinoids work in tandem to increase efficacy at the body's receptor sites, this phenomenon is called the entourage effect. This means that this ingredient is for those products that are working to have the highest effect in the body regardless of the minimal THC content. Before purchase for your review and with your product you’ll receive our COAs which will show a complete breakdown of exactly which terpenes, which minor cannabinoids, and how much of each is present along with CBD.
Broad vs Full Spectrum
What is the difference between Full spectrum distillate and Broad spectrum THC free distillate?
Broad spectrum distillate derived products won't have any THC while full spectrum distillate derived products will retain the legal limit of THC (<.03%). Both of these retain trace amounts of minor cannabinoids along with terpenes that are able to withstand the degradation that may occur under the distillation process. Full spectrum contains trace amounts of THC which actually increases bioavailability when ingested. Studies show that THC and CBD work well synergistically & help to increase efficacy at endocannabinoid receptor sites. The good news is that the trace amount of THC is very unlikely to be heavily psychoactive in users; when you have a higher amount of CBD in your product with trace amounts of THC; the CBD will override the effect of the THC so that the CBD works more efficiently without the accompanying side effects of THC products.
